CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH Bait & Switch They wasted quite a bit of my time playing games. They agreed to beat the price of a quote I received from another dealership, they insisted everything was all set. I verified many times and was consistently lied to. I come in to sign and Surprise! They tried to hit me up for a payment that is $89.00 more! Their response? Oooops, our error & sorry. Apparently, they don't know how Chevy rebates work. That's it. I refused the deal with the outrageous lease payment. They deliberately lied to me to keep me out of the market and not get the other deal and switched everything up, literally the last minute. DO NOT BELIEVE a word they say and if you get a good deal somewhere take it. These folks think it's OK to lie to their customers. They kept me on the back burner just in case they did not meet their monthly quota, stretching out my lease process and when they hit their quota, they all of a sudden, could not match the deal they in writing, said they would. I will of course report this to the BBB and Atty General's office. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. More

Mark has done much over the last 7 years to develop our deep appreciation for Jennings. Fuad cemented the relationship with his warm and professional approach to helping us through the purchasing process. And to cap it all off, Bob DiCicco in Finance provided a clear explanation of available warranty packages. Superlatives can become meaningless if overused, but truly, Jennings offered us the absolute finest experience. He then gave me some pretty solid life advice that I'll likely apply in the near future. I went yesterday on May 9th, and today on May 10th I drove off the lot with a brand new 2018 Chevy Trax. I've had a past experience with Jennings in general and had a sub par experience at that time. I'm still going to give this a solid 5/5 because Fuad was amazing and really made up for all of it. Very happy customer I was looking to replace my totaled vehicle with another SUV with better MVP and for a good price. After informing Fuad of my price range he came back with a used Chevy equinox with low miles that I love! The vehicle needed some body work before I could take it home and Fuad kept me updated with pictures and information about what was going on. The vehicle turned out great and I could t be happier with Fuads excellent customer service, attention to detail and over all ambition to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Car broke down and repair was entirely too costly considering the car was almost 20 years old. With a low credit score, and not much money to put down on the car, Fuad was able to put me into the car I really wanted! He understood my situation and worked for 2 days to get me into my desired car. He was patient, understanding, and made the process very pleasant. Other salesmen tried to get me into a new car with a really high car note for 72 months---but Fuad worked with me and made the deal happen. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant and even welcomed my 3 month old pup with open arms as I had to bring my puppy along to the dealership. Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend Jennings and tell you to see Fuad--He's your man!!! Thank you Jennings!! and Thank you Fuad!!!! More

Its no mistake that we see Faud @ Jennings exclusively when we need a new vehicle. Working with him has always been a pleasure, and I take comfort in the fact that all the courtesies given to my family doesn't diminish once the sale is completed but rather increases with any and all subsequent service visits.
