They reneged on promises, like free oil changes, offered to get my business moved to them. Then when I went back to ask about an early turn in, I learned that everyone I dealt with either was fired or quit. Now there is a skeleton crew there and you can't speak to anyone if you call, and the owner doesn't seem to care. I will go back to leasing Hondas. After a total of 6 leased Kias in my household, they certainly don't care about me getting #7. Bye Kia. More

Service Department is awful and rude. No one gets back to you. Parts under warranty take months to get. No one follows up no matter how many times you call. They simply don’t care. If wish I could select zero stars. I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of time, I was told that they had not even started the service and that I had to wait for the technician to finish lunch. The service manager was rude and unsympathetic. I will never return to this KIA service center. More
