Fred delivered an amazing customer experience, He listened and understood what important needs that had to be included in my car search. Then when a good match in inventory arrived, he immediately r listened and understood what important needs that had to be included in my car search. Then when a good match in inventory arrived, he immediately reached out to offer a test drive. He was very transparent during negotiations and engaged Chris for any additional approvals. And when the order process was completed he made sure all the necessary plate transfer, insurance binder, registration and inspection sticker was all handled. And at car pick up, he was fantastic in providing a personalized tutorial walk through of the key features of the car.
