Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Salesman was already asking me for personal info and didn't even introduce himself. I gave them a firm yes/no offer with a window of what I would pay monthly. Andy the finance guy was chuckling like a weirdo the whole time and they kept pushing me to pay more. Offered me $100 trade for a RAV4 under 200K that had just been inspected with new alternator, brakes, springs and tires less than a year old. That's not a typo. $100. I repeatedly stated that this is my offer, yes or no. They had me sign a library of forms before they would give me a monthly figure and at one point let me sit alone in a cubicle for 45 minutes. When I said I was leaving, they were suddenly available. Different finance guy offered over $100 more per month, and for an additional year. I left because they were not serious people. Hope it goes better for you. More

Pretty easy experience. I already knew what vehicle i wanted. Communicatuon was pretty good. Was worried that the car was sold becuase it was removed from the online ad but I already knew what vehicle i wanted. Communicatuon was pretty good. Was worried that the car was sold becuase it was removed from the online ad but was readvertise a day later. Salesman contacted me and ensured the car was still available so our almost 2 hour drive was worth it. The deal really came down to presentation and what really pushed me to making the purchase was the 12 month warranty. More
