Yendri was very helpful in scheduling my actual meeting at the dealership, accommodating me as I was having difficulty finding a day to visit because I was afraid of driving out during the weather.
With the overall transaction itself, it was a lot shorter than I had expected. I hear horror stories about people sitting in dealerships for over 5 hours plus, before they even get out the door, but I believe my stay was about 4. I'm sure it would have been shorter had I not sat for 50 minutes on the phone with Progressive Insurance about getting a quote. If anything, they would have my complaint, not the dealership.
About the car itself, it took a bit for the car to be brought over as they had it held at a location off site, which took 20 minutes for them to get it to the dealership before I could see it in person. I don't know if this is something I should have expected, but when I left the car only had 50 miles left in the tank before I had to get gas, so I had to refill it within the first 20 minutes of me owning and driving it home. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Outside of my actual transaction, something else I noticed was that an employee that had nothing to do with my transaction or financing was fiddling with a nicotine pouch container at their desk, I don't know if it was empty or not but it might not be something others might want to see in a professional setting.
