We negotiated over the phone, and he picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and we drove back to the dealership.... To be honest, the video Derek sent me is what sealed the deal. He was very attentive to what I wanted to purchase and the amount I wanted to spend; and, once the purchase was made he took the time to give me a detailed tour of the vehicle and helped me program what needed to be programmed (i.e. blue tooth, radio stations). I have already recommended one other person to contact Dave Spiers since she is in the market for a new vehicle.
