This was my first sales interaction with this dealership and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slo and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slow and tedious. You get bumped and pushed and can wait for hours. The management and/or finance people do not go the extra mile. Chris, my sales rep, was great trying to maneuver the bumps. Chris also is very knowledgeable about the Volvo vehicles and all the bells and whistles. I met the Service Director, Julian. I'm hoping the Service Dept continues with their high ratings when I need them. More

Sales rep was good up to a point. After the deal was accepted, things were somewhat disjointed. I was summoned by the financial guy who started asking a lot of questions. He was very surprised I was never shown the actual bill of sale which I was also surprised about. The financial rushed through things until a second financial person (Sal) and things went smoothly. The sale rep help set up some of the things in the car (XC40 recharge) but didn't explain many of the features other than settings things up. I have never owned an electric car so many many things I didn't understand. I really wish there was some sort of personal tutorial for myself and my spouse. More

No stress no pressure to end up with something we weren’t happy with, he listened to our needs and found exactly what we were looking for! seem less. Was able to come back the next day and have him go over more info on the changes to help me understand the upgrades to the software better. Before I was a little overwhelmed but after Chris spent time showing me how things were changed and where to find things it was a breeze. He spent time helping me locate apps to add and login to things I already have. He gave top tier services and answered all of my questions. More
