My wife and I have owned 25+ cars over our life between the two of us and this has been by far the easiest transaction of them all. Fred was extremely professional and courteous. We are new to Cadillac and needed guidance on what would be best for us. After looking into Audi and Mercedes we're EXTREMELY HAPPY with our CADILLAC and just as importantly Fred making us feel like a member of the family and not a number. We are business owners constantly on the go 7 days a week and Fred was respectful of our time to make this a simple process for the trade-in and purchase. The car is beautiful and Fred was able to walk us through all the technology until we were comfortable with it. I'm grateful for his knowledge and exceptional service. Last but not least, a warm THANK YOU to Jane Flesch Service Consultant. Fred gave us a tour of the dealership and amenities to show us around and introduced us to Jane. I don't think service consultants get enough recognition for the tough task that they face daily. Jane was super friendly and welcoming while helping us schedule our DuPont treatment for the car and arranged for a loaner car while it was being done. It was simple, enjoyable, and all in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Val Ward Cadillac is MY DEALERSHIP. I'll gladly recommend them to everyone.
