I paid the down payment with a trade-in. And received money back a month later. Three months after the original purchase they have been sending me letters. Threatening to send me to collecti And received money back a month later. Three months after the original purchase they have been sending me letters. Threatening to send me to collections. If they don't get back the money I was refunded as an overpayment. There is no letterhead on any of the documents. It all looks like something a secretary typed up in Microsoft Excel. I am also disabled. It all looks like they are trying to intimidate and con a disable person. The first spreadsheet I was sent. Was sent through email as a Xerox attachment. The Attachment was sent in clear text with my social security number in clear text. Spilling my PII to the internet. They are continuing to hound and harass me for money. That they sent me as an overpayment. When I called again for third temporary tag. I was told I would receive a call back. It is illegal for a dealer to hold a temporary tag for payment. But this is how they do business More
