Pleasant purchase experience My son was looking for a new car and decided he want a new Civic EX. I asked for a price quote and Eli called me right away to asked me some question My son was looking for a new car and decided he want a new Civic EX. I asked for a price quote and Eli called me right away to asked me some questions and told me he would email me pricing. He also invited me to bring my son in to test drive a Civic EX. We had planned to go to the dealership on Saturday, but my son decided to go on Friday instead so I called Eli on his cell phone and told him we were going to come in on Friday. He told me that Friday was his day off, but we could meet with someone else at the dealership that would help us. When we got to the dealership, were assigned to work with Fred. Fred was very helpful throughout the buying process. He explained the features of the Civic during the test drive and asked us what questions we had. He made sure all of our questions were answered before moving on with the paperwork. Eli has followed up with me several times since we purchased to vehicle to see if we had any question or there was anything we needed. Both Eli and Fred were great and are a real asset to Valley Honda. More
