I purchased my first car through Honda on 11/4/2020. A brand new 2020 Insight EX. I was immediately greeted by Fred Sims, and from the very beginning I could tell that Fred and his team were going to be e brand new 2020 Insight EX. I was immediately greeted by Fred Sims, and from the very beginning I could tell that Fred and his team were going to be extremely helpful. Fred took the time to get to know a little about me, and he helped me visually see the differences in the different trims and years of the cars. He was able to get me a great deal on a newer model than what I had originally came into the dealership looking for. Jab gave me a detailed list of everything I was going to be paying for and made it extremely clear what all the following steps would be. Not only did they take me on a tour of the entire facility, they made sure to honestly answer all of my questions. But you don’t have to take their word for everything, Fred made sure to have me fact check (google) to prove that everything he was saying was accurate. The customer service at Valley Honda was really truly amazing. Even a half hour after they were supposed to close, everyone was friendly and excited for me to become a Honda owner. I appreciate everything everyone did for me. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone. Thank you!! More

Right from the beginning, Fred was very attentive to my needs and the specifics I was looking for in a car. The only hiccup of the whole process had to do with the insurance provider I selected, and Fred went beyond the expectations of his role to help me get the problem sorted. He was also very personable, and super accommodating/helpful for a first-timer like myself. As far as the facility, I was very impressed by its look, cleanliness, and the services available to people in the waiting room, for example. This is especially so considering other dealerships I have visited. I would say Valley Honda is a top-notch location. More
