I can't say enough great things about Tracy Richard's at Hall Nissan of Va Beach. I was out in the Newport News area and received a call that I had been looking at cars, was asked not to make a final decis Hall Nissan of Va Beach. I was out in the Newport News area and received a call that I had been looking at cars, was asked not to make a final decision until I came and saw Tracy. I waited and even went in early for my appointment. I told Sean one of the managers I was there to see Tracy he informed me that Tracy had drove to Elizabeth City, NC to pick up the vehicle. I was so impressed that she drove from Va Beach to Elizabeth City, NC to get a vehicle she didn't even know I would buy. The process was so smooth buying my 2020 Ford Expedition with Tracy Richard's.
