Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! You know how you hear about places giving you the runaround? Well that is what I felt here. I’ve been bringing my car here for the same problem the p You know how you hear about places giving you the runaround? Well that is what I felt here. I’ve been bringing my car here for the same problem the past two years and paying for a numerous amount of things that they said “was the issue”. There was one time I picked my car up from getting repaired and my “service shifter” light came on, I showed the tech before I left the dealership and he told me “ oh sometimes it just says that” about 2 months later I had to go back to get my shifter replaced. That is just one of many things that I got scammed on. It seems like they tell me things are wrong once at a time so I can basically keep paying the diagnostic fee. I kept telling them how my oil was burning really fast and kylar would tell me it’s just the way I drive (mind you I work from home, and I don’t drive a lot at all) after taking it to another technician he told me that there was a class act lawsuit on a part in my vehicle WHICH MAKES IT BURN OIL FASTER!!! The fact that they didn’t even look into this and I had been complaining for two years is just unacceptable, and seems like they were just trying to ignore what I was saying. There is no way that there is a lawsuit about this issue and no one has any idea of it, if youre working in service you should be up to date on those type of things. Some places really don’t care about customer satisfaction they only care about you spending your money More

By far the best experience I've ever had with any Dealership. Everyone I interacted was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. From the Receptionist, who remembered my name after a few vi Dealership. Everyone I interacted was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. From the Receptionist, who remembered my name after a few visits, to my Salesperson Scott Viau, the Service person Fred, and the Shuttle driver Don, with whom I shared golf stores during our drive. Each one was very friendly, and I was comfortable with each. Scott Viau did everything he could to make sure my purchase as taken care of and everything was proper with the Journey that I bought. He exemplifies what Customer Care should be. I'm extremely happy with them. If you want to have a great experience with buying a car, I suggest you ask for Scott Viau and you will not be dissapointed. More

I brought in our 2014 Charger RT for a recall I brought on our 2014 Charger RT for a recall this morning. I had made an appointment, and was VERY late for it. Not only did they still service my I brought on our 2014 Charger RT for a recall this morning. I had made an appointment, and was VERY late for it. Not only did they still service my vehicle, but they were not at all irritated, and they did not act like other dealership service members who berate you, or act like you have ruined their day, when you are either exactly on time, or maybe runnibg a few minutes late. (If they were irritated at all, they definitely did not show it, or let me know at all) Within seconds of pulling in, I was happily greeted by Fred Gregory, and John Thomas. They got everything put into the system within what seemed like seconds, complimented me on the condition of my vehicle, and had it in the service bay within minutes. They even got me set up with (I am so sorry, but I can't remember his name, I think it may be Mark?) another very nice man, who had previously repaired a very large gauge in the windshield of my Charger the last time that I had it in for service. I honestly thought I would have to have the windshield replaced. He did such a great job on the repair, that you can barely see it, so I wanted to see if he could repair the windshield chip on my Explorer. They very quickly arranged a time for me to bring in my Explorer to have the chip repaired in that windshield. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I was taken to a VERY nice waiting area, and after maybe a half an hour was told that my Charger was done! WOW! Very awesome service, and VERY quick vehicle service! Thanks so much! I have never had such a great experience with the service dept at a dealership before! Grade A everything guys! Thanks a bunch! More
