Went in for basic oil change (had appointment) took 3. 5 hours , wasn’t notified of status , looked for service advisor nowhere to be found , 2 customer service reps called no answer , one even went lookin 5 hours , wasn’t notified of status , looked for service advisor nowhere to be found , 2 customer service reps called no answer , one even went looking for him , was told he was in a staff meeting which would last 10 min, ended up going over 35 min in the staff meeting, when I asked to speak to him a service rep brought out my keys not the advisor , followed by another rep bringing my vehicle up to me . Was not notified about any changes needed after was just given receipt. . Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available. More
