Very inappropriate behavior from my salesman toward his coworkers. I stayed hours after the dealer shipped closed. Then I was told my sales manager Arial or something like that said it was okay for me NOT coworkers. I stayed hours after the dealer shipped closed. Then I was told my sales manager Arial or something like that said it was okay for me NOT to get everything for a brand-new vehicle because of them I will never go back there I expect to get my full product that I am paying thousands of dollars for, and I didn't even know until after the deal was over. the disrespect is crazy. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. It does not matter the buying experience, they do not honor agreements about vehicle service. Not only that - the transmission went out on our car af It does not matter the buying experience, they do not honor agreements about vehicle service. Not only that - the transmission went out on our car after only two years, it went in for service beginning of October, it is still there, with no ETA! So, we am completely out of a vehicle, with no way of getting to and from work, this is ridiculous, even though it's under warranty and their fault! This is going to go beyond mere reviews... More

Bought used car. Drove 300 miles and had to replace throttle body. I believe dealership knew car had a problem but did not attempt to fix. Dealership ask me to send a bill for my expense to replace part. I sent bill and never heard from anyone again. I don't expect to hear from them. Very disappointed in the after sale service I have received ,which is none. I live 200 miles from dealership and I guess they won't have to see me again. Beware. More
