Coach Fred has spent his entire career in the automobile industry with Phillips Buick GMC. That's right, all 34+ years. They don't call Fred "Coach" for nothing. Fred is a youth football and basketball coach and an expert when it comes to BBQ and all things Heisman. He is married with two kids. Fred's son go’s to Gannon University in Erie, PA, which by association makes Fred a Golden Knight, too, and without a doubt many of his customers see Fred as a knight in shining armor too. He is a Miami Dolphin, Florida Gator and Orlando Magic fan, so you know this man is patient. The fact is, buying a car with Fred is easy and he always has a smile on his face and a chuckle in his voice. He may coach the games, but he does not play games when it comes to finding you the right vehicle. Fred's coaching experience makes winning a satisfying car deal easy. His customers are his #1 fans.

Fred has always been great but unfortunately wasn't there that day. He did do a lot of work on his day off and passed us to Ronny the day of in which Ronny was a good guy as well, very polite, respectful and that day. He did do a lot of work on his day off and passed us to Ronny the day of in which Ronny was a good guy as well, very polite, respectful and helpful! Finance on the other hand was very aggravating and irritating. I'm a return customer with a credit score over 800 and his best APR initially was 6.9% for 60 months! When I told him I could get 4.49% through my credit union he said he'll see what he can do to get close. We were about to walk away and low and behold he got 3.9% through GM. I know you're in the business of making money and probably get a kickback or stipend from using other finance companies but all your doing is screwing the customer and jeopardizing sales if you ask me. And then tried to squeeze an extra 50 bucks out of us also in which I would have walked. Yep, only 50 bucks but it's the principle of keeping ones word, not throwing in extra crap at the last minute. Anyhow, I've always liked phillips and are searching for a new truck for myself but have reservations because y'all don't deal as good as you used too compared the others I've been talking with. We'll see when I make that decision. Thanks and take care, David More

I had a non critical issue with a new vehicle and they had to order parts. They called and said the parts were in and I took the car in. When they returned my car they then told me the other parts needed had to order parts. They called and said the parts were in and I took the car in. When they returned my car they then told me the other parts needed were not installed. They told me to bring the car in again early the next day. I was there early and they said the parts would probably be in that day. I told them to call me when the parts were in since I needed the vehicle in the afternoon for my wife’s appointment I had to take my vehicle back 3 times for one repair that if they had procured all the parts needed would have only been once More
