Mr. Yeoman's efforts to achieve a 5 in service, is showing through. I am old school and have an older Ford Diesel that I love. Which means it is not a new computer controlled or diagnosable. Recently had a repair that didn't yield expected results. This is where service truly shows, what the organization is all about. Without any negativity, the team took the truck back in and turned it around before lunch. For me that speaks volumes, and a clear indicator for what is under the hood at Gary Yeoman Ford.
