I been a customer at palm bay ford from the day that opened donny allen sold me 8 vehicles never have i had such issues i was not safe to be on the road by the grace of God nothing happened. I will never return to Gary Yeoman again I will drive to Melbourne to kelly ford where I know when they say they fixed something I know it is done Kelly will have all my business going forward and I will try to make sure everyone I know stays away from Gary yeoman in palm bay More

Mr. Yeoman's efforts to achieve a 5 in service, is showing through. I am old school and have an older Ford Diesel that I love. Which means it is not a new computer controlled or diagnosable. Recently had a repair that didn't yield expected results. This is where service truly shows, what the organization is all about. Without any negativity, the team took the truck back in and turned it around before lunch. For me that speaks volumes, and a clear indicator for what is under the hood at Gary Yeoman Ford. Franklyn Wallace is an awesome service advisor I have had some issues in the past with poor communications from our service advisor. We have been trying to get the same check engine light fixed for I have had some issues in the past with poor communications from our service advisor. We have been trying to get the same check engine light fixed for some time and were tired of not knowing what the status of our car was on each visit to get it fixed. Franklyn was assigned to us after I asked for a new advisor and you could tell he cared about us and our car. He was able to get information on the car and communicate it with us. He always answered the phone when we called and returned messages when he couldn't answer. Also, he is always pleasant to talk to. Next time we bring our car we will ask for Franklyn to be our service advisor. Thanks Franklyn! The star ratings I gave are based off the experience we had with Franklyn and Franklyn only. More
