I always have a great experience at this Kia North. If you have to wait a while for your car to be serviced, at least here you can do it in comfort.! My appointment wasn’t till Monday they were able to get me in Saturday when I went to drop off my car. Called me multiple times to let me know what was going on and the price. I had a 10:30am appt. for an oil change/filters. It was suggested I also add fuel/emissions and brake system fluid service which I did. I was not notified until 4pm that t for an oil change/filters. It was suggested I also add fuel/emissions and brake system fluid service which I did. I was not notified until 4pm that they also suggested brakes which I again agreed to. I called the service dept. at 5:40pm because I still hadn’t heard the status of my car and I knew they closed at 6pm. I was told the brake pads were at another location and my car would have to stay overnight. This was frustrating because I was the one who had to initiate this information and also was not expecting to be without my car for a full 24 hrs. When I came to pick it up the next day and had time to look at the invoice I noticed they changed my front/wiper blades for $33.63 when I had just bought new ones not even a month ago. That was a waste of $33.63. In the future, I would appreciate a full list of every service being done with exact pricing before beginning anything. I noticed today that the ‘’next service due’ sticker was not changed so I had to create one myself. More
