He pointed out all of the technical details of the car. We went for a drive and I told him I was still shopping. He gave me his card and I was off. They never pressured me to buy a car- they emailed me to follow up, emailed about discounts and financing which lead me to pick Patrick Subaru. Frank and the rest of the Patrick team were super professional and just made it easy. More

Frank certainly knew the ins and outs of the vehicle which we wished to purchase and he was adamant in ensuring that we also knew everything about the vehicle we were purchasing. We came in on a Saturday and two days afterwards, I drove away a new Subaru Outback 2016. Quality car at a quality price, given the extra add-ons that we decided to go with. More

We test drove a car, and left on his recommendation to test drive other makes we were considering. All the time he was no pressure. Everyone we met at Patrick Subaru was top drawer. They were quick to respond to our questions and assisted us through the man decisions we had to make. We'd done our research and knew what our trade-in was worth and what we should expect to pay for the legacy we were buying. The Patrick folks had the car priced correctly and without much back and forth we were able to reach a deal that was right where the research said it should be. We look forward to doing more business with Patrick Subaru in the future. More

Best price without haggling! 6 months in the country I wanted to lease a car. Because I don't have a car and I work very long hours, I wanted to settle everything online. Patrick being the only dealership close to my place, I went there and Frank Wilcox offered me a lease deal according to my Visa terms. I thought I could get a better deal elsewhere and looked around. After wasting close to 6 weeks and bus trips to dealerships, I realized that Frank offered me the best possible deal. Though that is the best lease deal, I wasn't satisfied and at that point I decided to buy a car. I was speaking with a couple of dealers regarding availability and delivery times etc to suit my schedule. About that time, I received a xxu email from Patrick Subaru and inquired with them as well. They gave me a quote and it was the best I have seen, much better than the True Car and Kelly estimates. I signed the deal immediately. No haggling, no unpleasantness, very smooth and fast buying experience. At the time of delivery, there was an issue with one of the accessories. I was using wrong terminology (Did I mention that this was the first time I was buying a car?) and a lot can get lost when you are communicating through emails and not face-to-face. It was 95% my fault and I wouldn't have held them responsible if they chose not to be considerate. I asked Frank to try and help me with this 500$ accessory and told him that I was using wrong terminology due to my inexperience. I don't know who he spoke with but he came back in 5 minutes and chose to give me the accessory free of cost. I realized that they actually care about customer satisfaction more than anything. I'd go there again every single time and I recommend you do the same. More
