The following week after several test drives of different brands we went back to test drive the specific car we wanted to purchase. We drove it, loved it, and bought it. We were given a very fair trade in value on our 2008 Scion XB and the base price for the car before taxes was within our ball park. All in all, a very positive experience. More

Frank W. helped me and I drove several new and used cars at that time. Frank contacted me just a couple of times after that and was not pushy or intrusive at all. Naturally when I finally was really ready to buy, I returned to the Patrick dealership and Frank in particular. (Mind you, I did lots of research during that year!) When I was ready, so were Frank and the dealership. The service and price were excellent and the transaction went very smoothly ...it was very stress free and I have my beautiful NEW Crosstrek! More

Frank took me out for a test drive, explained some of the key points of the model I was interested in, a few differences from other cars I mentioned, and that was it. No pressure and a friendly follow up call a few days later at just about the right time. He made the buying process very smooth and was accommodating of my schedule. The car wasn't on the lot the day I decided to buy (Saturday end of day), but Frank had it on first thing Sunday morning so I could take it out for a short test drive before we set a date to finalize the paperwork. Another great thing was the time he took to explain the safety pitfalls of the eyesight systems before I drove off the lot. More
