Frank Wilcox, our sales person, was attentive, graciously allowed us to test three different cars (and we ended up choosing the first! in large part because we had the comparative experience), and stayed the course the entire visit. Best of all, when I came to pick up the car a couple of days later, I took the commuter train from Boston, and Frank kindly came to the train station to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Good experience all around, and we're very pleased with the car. More

I walked in and was approached by Chris and when I asked for the person I usually deal with, I was told he wasn't there and asked what I wanted. I was only looking at options, next thing I know I was buying a car ~ without even so much as a test drive. Chris talked circles around me and I feel like I was totally pressured into buying this car. It's a Subaru so I know I am getting a great car, it was just the experience of it all that had me a little rattled from start to finish. Chris kept in contact with me telling me there was something missing and I had to wait to pick up the car, even after I got a call from my original salesperson telling me the item was in. So I know he wasn't telling me the truth so it made it hard to trust him. When I showed up to pick up the car, I called Chris earlier in the day confirming the time of my appointment but when I got there, I had to wait in the showroom for 45 minutes before finance and/or Chris were available. If this had been my first experience at Patrick Subaru, I wouldn't come back. More

Fantastic Buying Experience In April 2018 I stopped into Patrick Subaru to see if they had a Jasmine Green Forester with a panoramic moon roof and heated seats like my friend Mar In April 2018 I stopped into Patrick Subaru to see if they had a Jasmine Green Forester with a panoramic moon roof and heated seats like my friend Maria did. I fell in love with her car that she also bought at Patrick Subaru. Lucky for me they actually had several cars and we drove to the 2nd parking lot to pick it up for a test drive. I had it in my head if it was meant to be then I would be a new car owner of my first Subaru. Commuting through New England in the snow as a Senior Bank Auditor can be challenging and it was time for me to have a car with four wheel drive. I have nothing but many thanks and great comments to make about Patrick Subaru.
