It took 4 weeks to fix my vehicle, after being told it would take only one week. The communication between the service department and myself was horrible. Repair estimate provided was double the book price. Stated they submitted claim to Dodge but did not. Had to tow vehicle to another dealer that gave the book repair estimate which was half of Vision’s Stated they submitted claim to Dodge but did not.
