Without a doubt, this was my best car – buying experience in over 30 years. I purchased a 2023 GT4 this week. Q, Frank Jr., and the rest of the staff were exemplary. This was the first time that I had dealt in over 30 years. I purchased a 2023 GT4 this week. Q, Frank Jr., and the rest of the staff were exemplary. This was the first time that I had dealt with Porsche North Olmsted; I live about three hours away. We negotiated the entire transaction via mobile phone and text. I mentioned to Q that I wanted to add a Cargraphics valve control unit. He offered to have it installed so that it would be ready when I picked up the car. Q was involved throughout the entire process, sending me photos and updates; he definitely is a sports car enthusiast. Given the limited supply of GT4’s, I was very pleased with the purchase price and the trade-in allowance for my Cayman GTS. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They made me feel like a long-term customer and close friend. I highly recommend Porsche North Olmsted. More
