On my first recall I was offered a $22 tire rotaion and a $55 battery maintenance-when I called them on the charges they dropped the tire rotation (didn't offer a refund) but not battery "that's battery maintenance." On my second recall the price dropped to $40 and the service would take 2 hrs. I passed. 2hrs. to download software and clean terminals-really? I asked about v2l neither service nor parts knew what that is. More

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Tulsa Hyundai a few months ago. We purchased the new 3rd row Santa Fe. Upon purchasing, the finance manager added a warranty without our consent. We have called nume few months ago. We purchased the new 3rd row Santa Fe. Upon purchasing, the finance manager added a warranty without our consent. We have called numerous times to try to get a refund on this and have not been able to speak to a single manager once. They put another customers temporary tag on the vehicle when we purchased that had the wrong purchase date on it also. It was a nightmare from the start. A month or so after we purchased, we received an email that said there was a recall. We took it in to be repaired and they said it would take a week. They gave us a Kona for a loaner. We purchased a 3rd row due to having 4 kids and they give us a Kona to drive while our 50k+ vehicle is getting repaired. It has now turned into a 6-8 week process. The vehicle we purchased only has 2k miles on it and now we are stuck with a Kona to drive while our vehicle sits in the shop. My advice would be #1 do not purchase a Santa Fe, they are trash and you won’t even get to drive it. #2 everyone who purchases from here should pay very close attention when they are in finance. The finance managers are extremely tricky and will try every trick in the book to push something on you that you didn’t want. My advice would be to get financing elsewhere and bring them a check if you should insist on purchasing a vehicle from this disgrace of a dealership. More

Worst experience of my life. The service techs that are Hyundai certified in my opinion should not be working on vehicles. They had my car for over 2 months for a recall on the security system and to do a diagnosis on why it was an engine recall. They said 49.99 to diagnose it at first. Then after I left they said it was going to be $179. After 2 months they said they could not get my car started but they told me it needed almost $13,000 worth of work including a fuel pump so I asked them if they check the gas gauge they said yes. They said they filled the tank up the service manager Megan actually told me that on the phone. So I told them I'd be out there to check myself why they couldn't start it. What are the items they had said that they needed to replace was a fuel pump which had already been replaced. So I asked why they would fill the tank in order to drop the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump Megan proceeded to tell me oh they just put a little gas then and so I told her oh so you lied to me. So she was aggravated we went out and try to start the car there was no gas in the car.the battery was dead. I told her to let me take the battery home that night and charge it overnight she said no I couldn't do that she was tired of dealing with this and I told her well can you charge the battery overnight she said she would have to charge me to charge my battery. Then she said she didn't want to deal with my car anymore cuz I wouldn't take the advice of the Hyundai certified tech. I told him I would be back the next day. The following day I got a call from my service text saying they were going to charge me $35 a day every day my car was at the lot so I brought gas in a gas can and a new battery went to my car where it had been parked put the battery in and the gas in before I called for my key when they all three came out again with my key I grab the key got in the car it started right upand then I got out and I said look I had no problem starting the car I said and you wanted me to let my your Hyundai certified text work on my car when they couldn't even figure out that it was out of gas even after being told Megan then proceeded to scream at me repeatedly at the top of her lungs to get out of there because I had caught her and lies I had proven to her that her certified technicians were not doing their job. I will never ever ever recommend them. I took my car to the other Hyundai place in broken arrow they said that they had 40 or 50 customers that came from Tulsa Hyundai because of the same similar incidences. More
