Scheduled service They always take care of what.needs to be done, however, the length of time it takes to do a simple oil change is totally unacceptable. For an oil change and a simple check of one item which they said 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours which is way too long turned into 2 1/2 hours. Everyone is very nice, but you need to do something about the time factor. More
