Was treated horribly as a customer by frank perez ended spending 1500 on some tipm unit I didnt even need , was simply a one small wire socket that attaches to the gas tank was burned in.poor service and c spending 1500 on some tipm unit I didnt even need , was simply a one small wire socket that attaches to the gas tank was burned in.poor service and car knowledge. Also include, and an nypd officer came to service his personal car. And frank took care of him right away , meanwhile I was already there for 4 hrs waiting with no update. Customer is a customer no matter if the there a cop or a civilian. Train your team members to be proactive rather then reactive, and cell phone usage in front of customer is not putting your customer first. More
