This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. Every auto shop tries to get whatever they can for a sale but the folks here should be ashamed of themselves. #1 The advertised price is experienced. They will “vault” the money and say refunds are only available two days throughout the week. #3 The capital one sales representative forced a warranty on my offer, and would not remove it even though the warranty clearly states it is optional. Also after driving an hour and a half back home from purchasing the car I received a “Service light” error. A few weeks later and now a check engine light. They will never call you back if you leave a message with someone. I’ve been contacting the store and the salesman’s that sold me the car but helping you is not in their best interest. More
