Vehicle is still on the lot wonder why. . I went there with the intent to buy a used vehicle.. didn’t want to waste my time oh but I did. A Toyota Tacoma was listed for 27,900 and I went to . I went there with the intent to buy a used vehicle.. didn’t want to waste my time oh but I did. A Toyota Tacoma was listed for 27,900 and I went to the (disrespectful) used car manager and said I would do 27000 and he said no, then said he’s move down $500 from that price because mileage was listed wrong (which it wasn’t). Then I proceeded to offer 27000 again and ask if he would accommodate a veteran (military) discount and proceeds to say I already did with the $500 I took off.. no respect for veterans and those who have served. Funny how that vehicle a month later is still on the lot. Thankfully already bought a vehicle from a respectful and professional dealer. I’ll be getting in touch with owner here. Don’t do business, typical scam dealers. More

EDIT: Frank from the dealership offered to fix my car which he didnt need to do. Thank you Frank! They gave me a new engine and i only paid 1500 for it. I really appreciate them taking the time to do me which he didnt need to do. Thank you Frank! They gave me a new engine and i only paid 1500 for it. I really appreciate them taking the time to do me this big favor! If you have a similar issue to this one i would recommend contacting the office of consumer advocates. They helped me understand my options. Make no mistake - i am VERY thankful to the team for spending a great deal of time and money to fix my engine leak but i want to state the following just in case there are other first time car buyers who are clueless like me. **Full disclosure, a week or so before they agreed to help me with my car, Derek from the service team said he was going to advocate on my behalf to see if the dealership could help me with the engine or not. He was great! That being said, I didn't actually get a call back from them or an offer to help until i called them and told them i was talking to the office of consumer affairs. Again, THANK YOU to the dealership for saving me a lot of money by reaching into your own pocket to help me. If you the reader don't have a dealer that is as generous as this one, call the office of consumer affairs and they can talk to you about your options. OLD REVIEW: I bought my first car from Jayson Navarro, and plainly - it was a bad experience - which is why it really surprised me when after all was said and done he sent me a text message asking me to give him a five star rating. I'm usually the kind of person who doesn't say anything if he doesn't have anything positive to say, but since he asked, I'll describe some of the things he could have done differently to have received a five star rating from me. - I was in pretty desperate need for a car when I came in, which caused me to over-look a lot of potential red flags during the buying process. Jayson was very dismissive of questions I asked about the car I was interested in buying and spoke over me frequently when I asked him to elaborate on statements he made about the vehicle. As a new car buyer, I had a lot of questions and he was very unhelpful in this regard. Eventually, when it came for me to sign for the car he just left and didn't come back until I had signed. The car I bought began breaking down a few months after I purchased it and the mechanic who looked at it said to me "you get what you pay for with these cars."(I paid around $12,000 which was great because I had just put a down payment on a new home.) In retrospect, I think my experience with Jayson might have been so negative because I was buying such a cheap car. It may have been that he didn't see my transaction as being worth his time, and to me, that showed in how he conducted himself throughout the entire transaction. - While I was test driving the car, I noticed an issue with the Bluetooth that I pointed out to Jayson. After trying in vain to fix the problem himself, he dismissed it as not that big of a deal. I asked him to promise that the problem would be fixed before I finished buying the car and he did. When the car was delivered to my house, I was not surprised to find out the problem hadn't been fixed at all. To add to my frustration though, I was able to find a five minute video on Youtube that explained how to fix the problem. - I had to spend around $200 on cab fare getting to and from the dealership to complete the deal. Somehow, there were never any drivers on duty to give me a ride home and never any rental cars available. Even after I had paid for the car I had to pay to get home. Jayson suggested I rent a UHaul to get there and back. That suggestion may not be that unreasonable honestly, but I also don't think it would have been unreasonable for him to just let me drive the car I had already bought or just ride with me home and drive back on his own. I could be wrong though. I'm not sure if this is a fair criticism of Jayson, but it definitely made my experience worse. - As I said earlier, the car I bought began to overheat two months after I bought it. I took it to the dealership and to a mechanic. The mechanic told me I had a coolant leak in the engine that would cost $3000 to fix. I contacted Jayson to see if there was anything the dealership could do to help fix the problem, as it appeared to be an issue that came with the car when I bought it. He told me to come in later in the week to talk about what could be done, and I thought that was a good sign. What I did not realize was that he had actually signed me up to have the car appraised for a trade in. Putting aside the fact that it wouldn't really make sense to trade in a car and buy a new car at a place where you had bought a broken car not even six months earlier, I had asked for solutions to the problem with the engine leak - I didn't want to buy a new car, I wanted to fix the car I had already spent $12000 on. When I told him this over the phone he began trying to get me off the line as soon as possible. Talking over me and saying "ok bye!" over and over. It was bizarre. It felt like as soon as he knew he couldn't make more money off of me, my problem just didn't matter at all to him. - Generally, if Jayson had just taken more time I think a lot of these problems could have been averted. He basically did the bare minimum he needed to do to get me into the car and out of his life. More

Andy was a pleasure to work with. The buying experience was a breeze. It was not like the traditional experience, where the salesman is pushy and beats around the bush. I went to Lundgren Honda in Auburn 3 times between September & October 2019 looking for a 2017 Honda CRV, they didn't have any as I wanted one with leather seats. In November my son in law knew of one September & October 2019 looking for a 2017 Honda CRV, they didn't have any as I wanted one with leather seats. In November my son in law knew of one in Warwick RI at the Mercedes Benz place I went down there and bought a Touring. In Feb 2020 I went in to see the original salesman I had spoken to and he came out to the car and showed me how to make some changes with my settings. I went back to Lundgren on July 15 and 4 men were sitting at the desk I asked to see the man who changed my settings and he was busy. Chuck Shearns asked where I bought the car, never looking up at me and I told him and he said why didn't you go back there or call them and I said it was just a quick question. He told me to sit and wait, he never made eye contact with me, just kept his eyes on what he was doing not looking up at me once. Shortly I believe it was Frank Mazzeo came over and said he'd look at it and he reset my settings in a matter of 2 minutes. I intended to bring it there whenever I needed service/repairs/oil changes but the impression I strongly got was that I should not bring the car into Lundgren for service because I didn't buy it there. My husband had a Honda Civic that was bought somewhere else and brought it to Lundgren for service when it needed anything. I might add I am in my mid 70's and my husband of 55 years died on July 2nd and my dog died July 10th, I visited Lundgren on July 15th. I was already having a difficult time coping and certainly didn't need a man to ask where I bought the car and did I call that dealer about what I needed. Maybe its that I was a woman or that I was a senior citizen. I am so grateful to Mr. Mazzeo for stepping up and helping me! I rated 5 stars for Mr. Mazzeo but I assure you I give the other man no stars at all for Customer service and friendliness he would deserve no stars at all! He humiliated me and made me feel I was so unimportant to even look up at me! More
