When we were in a very difficult situation with an out of state dealership, a broken down car, and incorrect diagnostics on our car problems, it was the people at Preston who cared enough to help us through it to the end. It takes a leader like Pat Preston to put into place an environment that values people and shows it in the way it respects and truly cares for people and their satisfaction and happiness.
