We had 10:00 AM appointment and were there approximately 15 minutes early. They took us right in and got our salesman. He immediately knew which vehicle we were there to see. That vehicle was not ready as i 15 minutes early. They took us right in and got our salesman. He immediately knew which vehicle we were there to see. That vehicle was not ready as it had a check engine light appear earlier this morning but he had others that fit our needs. We bought a Ford Fusion which we are very happy with. Luis was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail. All around it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Frank and Luis. PS. Frank also treated us to lunch. 😋 More

I was in the market for a Bronco Sport Outer Banks, saw this one on line but said it was in transit, Frank contacted me & told me the vehicle was there on the lot!!! Immediately went to Ford Coutry, Frank had the vehicle waiting for me up front, I test drove it & loved it!!! Frank also showed me another vehicle because I had a price for what I wanted to spend & this vehicle was more expensive!!! Frank and I believe the gentleman’s name was Melvin went to work and proceeded to work everything out to my satisfaction & amazement!!! It was relatively quick & Ford has a truly happy customer!! Frank then went to work on cleaning and preparing the vehicle to take home! When the financial side was signed the car was waiting for me. I want to recognize Frank & Melvin first and foremost, but also the gentleman who did financial side and the lady who helped me set up the electronic side!! I am sorry I don’t remember their names!
