Clean waiting area. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I bought a used vehicle, which was not cleaned well enough for resale. Being a high end dealership I did expect more Staff is pleasant and helpful. The service department seems more like a used car dealership. The rep Devon ignores you when you have a conversation. He schedules appointments without your consent and will not return your calls. I dealership. The rep Devon ignores you when you have a conversation. He schedules appointments without your consent and will not return your calls. I have owned many luxury autos including Jaguars, Mercedes, BMW to name a few and my experience with this dealership is by far the worst. The new car sales manager is the only reason I did not give a zero star rating. Devon needs to understand who pays his salary…. The customer and that if someone spends 6 figures for a vehicle they want it cared for and not coming back to you dirty and not complete. I have owned multiple businesses and an employee like Devon would be gone before he alienated anymore customers. Good luck as you will need it to survive. More

Ruzhdi is an excellent salesman and representative of the dealership. He understands relationships and making sure the customer is happy. He created a win/win situation for the dealer and myself. I left feel dealership. He understands relationships and making sure the customer is happy. He created a win/win situation for the dealer and myself. I left feeling like I received a good deal and wasn’t taken like most car buying experiences. My only recommendation is that they offer trinkets like keychains, umbrellas and such. But if those items come at the expense of customer service then I wouldn’t change anything. Thank you for getting the deal done. It meant a lot to me and my son. More
