Everybody at the service center is always kind as courteous. Everybody's very knowledgeable and I had my car in for a transmission repair for the second time as it did not get fixed the first time ho courteous. Everybody's very knowledgeable and I had my car in for a transmission repair for the second time as it did not get fixed the first time however I will tell you that they sure made up for that this time! I didn't think my car would make it another year. It was driving so poorly and performing so bad. I couldn't believe that rebuilding a transmission from the ground up would make that much of a difference but I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. I am super happy and I know my car will go another four years. Thanks to your transmission guys. Everybody in the service department everybody at Ford of Port Richey. Thank you. More

Went to the dealer Mike Black because he had just sold us the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but i the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but it might have been some module which might have been under a recall, but they fixed it. Didn't like leaving the truck overnight after just getting it, that was sad, but it was fixed and we are glad!! More
