Mr Mario Raposo was our sales rep..... from start to finish he was outstanding and the process was flawless. .... He took the time to listen.... made recommendations and suggestions. Mr. Raposo is very knowledgeable on the details of vehicles. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly ( even on his day off ) We made a deal without a deposit I have never purchased a vehicle without a deposit My vehicle was delivered earlier than expected with everything we discussed. Upon arrival of the Vehicle Mr Raposo patiently sat with my wife and I and went over the awesome features in my 2024 RAV 4 XLE . Thank you Westchester Toyota for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Business relationships are based on trust. unfortunately the sales team lack morals, bunch of thieves. Don't believe all the good reviews. horrible management it comes from the top "Frank Greco and trickle down to sales people. SAD and very BAD! More

The manager offered to sell me a car for MSRP only if I came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and i came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and it would be a hardship for me to get out there just to make the deposit, and then again when the car arrives two weeks later. This is a really sleazy negotiating tactic. Despite that, I offered to make the drive that same day if they could hold the vehicle for me for two hours - so that I wouldn't waste gas money heading out there only for someone else to buy it before I arrive. They wouldn't accommodate me in any way. They wouldn't even accept half the deposit over the phone and the other half when I arrived - again all despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly. They were simply hoping I would pay the $1,000.00 markup price for the convenience of not having to go out there twice. Just really lame, and not the way a good business should treat customers. More

We made a deal in February and they took our deposit. We were supposed to receive the car 2 weeks later. They kept telling us it would take a little longer. 5 months after, they called to tell us our We were supposed to receive the car 2 weeks later. They kept telling us it would take a little longer. 5 months after, they called to tell us our car was ready but it would be nearly twice the price they promised. My advice is to not trust you have an agreement with them until you see the car and can drive it off the lot at that price on that day. I would choose another dealer. It's a safer bet. I don't think the people who work there are competent and as such, they rely on sketchy sales tactics. Buyer be ware. Get everything in writing. They will try not to respond to emails but make sure you read everything, keep copies, etc. More
