Our total experience was just perfect we were not going to buy a car this weekend just looking and seeing how hard or easy it was to get into or out of a couple vehicles we had in mind. We instantly felt like we were in great hands she is very knowledgeable about everything Toyota and she is funny and a person you can joke with and even thou Toyota vehicles are very overpriced she made it easy for us to get past that and just smile.
