Recently our car needed routine maintenance and service...not satisfied with the local dealer I called Frank and with in 15 minutes he arranged a flatbed to pick up the car and simultaneously provide us with a loaner. Franks dealership is 90 miles away. Frank Deluca is incredibly reliable and professional and I highly recommend him and the Bonita Springs Fl dealership. Also, Scott Hutton of the service department called me within 20 minutes of the car arriving at the dealership confirming the issues and 24 hours later he identified the problem. More
