My office purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from this dealersh Complaint- Buyers beware- They are friendly during a purchase, wait until you need SERVICE! My office purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and only has 11k miles on it. I can honestly say the service we have received from this dealer has been a nightmare. The truck is defective. It has water intrusion and it smells like mold. We found multiple complaints online regarding the same issue. Our concern was minimized by the managers at the dealer so we had to escalate our complaint though different means to higher ups including GM. After fighting over a month to have the truck fixed we were told that it was fixed, a week later after a heavy storms, we have water again in the truck and the mold smell has elevated. Manny the manager at the dealership is horrible to deal with and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Do not sell cars if you're not willing to fix them when there is an issue. You have my truck sitting in your service department, i am paying for a truck that I cannot drive, you cannot fix and you refuse to provide a loaner. IF YOU'RE BUYING A CAR, THEY WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, BUT WAIT UNTIL ITS TIME FOR REPAIRS...YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK...... More
