The sales team has historically done a nice job, but I have had less than stellar experiences with the service department. In regards to this sale, Tarek did a good job of communicating and following up have had less than stellar experiences with the service department. In regards to this sale, Tarek did a good job of communicating and following up to get the deal completed. I am greatly disappointed, and fairly upset, however, that the mileage Tarek provided to me in the vehicle iPackage showed the vehicle had 2,719 miles on it, but when I drove off the lot the car, the odometer showed 6,500 miles. This is a large difference and should have been pointed out in order to provide me with an opportunity to more fairly negotiate on the mileage. This difference was not disclosed upfront. More
