I have leased at least eight of these Nissan rogue‘s from this dealership. Their service department is the worst. I needed a new battery after one year of driving it and had to have my car towed two months this dealership. Their service department is the worst. I needed a new battery after one year of driving it and had to have my car towed two months later to find out that the heated seats were after market install. They don’t want to reimburse me to have to pay for the heated seats to be disconnected, which was running down my battery. More

The salesman they took care of us was Rich Walsh. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to what other salesmen we encountered. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the vehicle that would not only meet our needs but also did his very best to get it for a price that we could afford. He took the time to honestly answer all our questions and by the time we left we were driving home in our new 2018 Nissan Frontier. He definitely diserves our highest recommendation. More

A Rare Honest Saleman!!! I was 16k miles over on my Kia lease and was looking to purchase a new car instead of lease because of my commute. I shoped at 2 othet kias dealership I was 16k miles over on my Kia lease and was looking to purchase a new car instead of lease because of my commute. I shoped at 2 othet kias dealerships and was twice promised the world. Deals where in place but Once it was Time to sign and after waiting 4/5hrs everything changed. Thats when i reached out to Kia of middletown. Scott responded right away. He was honest to what was in my price range and what was not. We agreed on a great price for a kia forte and set up a day to come in and sign the papers. Its tuff with a 1 yr old and a 3yr old to sit in a dealership to buy a car but scott had everything ready when we arrived. From the time we walked in the door it took a total of 17min to be in my new car and on my way home!!! Its Very rare in my car buying experience to find a car salesman who is true to his word and Scott was All That! It was actualy .01 cent a month cheaper then the deal we agread on!!! Friendly without being pushy We went into the show room just to look . Scott kinda chuckled and the Nissons we were looking at has a radio with everything. So we sat down and told him what we were looking for as I am 73 , didn’t need all that stuff in it as it wouldn’t have that much time to figure it out. In about twenty minutes he had our dream car. What a guy. The phone wrang and had an offer for our car. Looked a my wife and we both looked a Mr. Humbert and go for it. I have never met a sales person that was so perfect . Asked if we wanted coffee just a super guy . He brought us over to the waiting area and said it will take a few to get it ready for you. Maybe twenty or so minutes and came over and handed me the keys. More
