Charidy took my complaint seriously from the last visit. She called me and offered her assistance to resolve my concern. She followed through and walked with me every step of the way. She kept me informed when the part was ordered to making the apt to install it. When I arrived at greenway service, she wrote a note to the valley to make sure they call her when I arrived. She greeted me with a smile and make sure to check on the truck in the shop to make sure everything was taking care of. This is the best customer's service experience ever. I do hope every person take a lesson on how to provide this amazing experience from Charidy.
