Extremely expensive for simple jobs. I got 60.000 miles service plus spark plug change. They charged $1700 for parts and $2600 for labor. When I dropped off advisor was making a big deal and scared me that car might brake the parts. The service I got is 1500$ outside of the Mercedes dealerships. I made a mistake and I did not educate myself for this service. You do not do same mistake. GET PRICE and ADVISE before you go to the dealership service centers. By the way advisor called after I dropped off the car and he said “ we checked the battery that is perfectly fine and in good shape but we recommend to change on 60.000 miles service.” Their goal is to make you scare and get more money for their own good. Scammers! I am giving 2 stars because of their coffee. I drunk the most expensive coffee. More

This dealership is a much different experience from when my wife purchased her 1st Mercedes in 2006. This is the 1st time I ever wished I would have conducted the entire transaction online and it didn’t sto my wife purchased her 1st Mercedes in 2006. This is the 1st time I ever wished I would have conducted the entire transaction online and it didn’t stop there. The delivery was something I would put on par with a Nissan dealership and when the car was bought back in the next day for the air conditioning not working it was immediately returned to me stating they could not find anything wrong with it. I have always marveled about how the Mercedes experience was the best in the game this dealership misses the mark by a long shot. I think the post covid car dealership attitude has sunken into their DNA because I remember how I was treated anytime my wife or I have purchased any of our other Mercedes Benz’s and the service doesn’t seem to be any better with them returning the car to me un-repaired with me having to take time out of my life again to bring it back and wait 2 weeks for them to finally repair it. What did they actually check during the 120 point CPO process that the sales rep said was almost $5,000 and what justified not having any room to negotiate the price. More

I waited in the lounge for 30 min after my appointment time before someone came to me. That rep did not explain clearly what would be included in the service BB.
