After searching local car dealers, we decided to drive over an hour and a half to Lester Glenn. The Frank A. and the rest of the guys there are great! They were extremely straight forward with us and were over an hour and a half to Lester Glenn. The Frank A. and the rest of the guys there are great! We went to Lester Glenn in a last ditch effort especially after having such horrible experiences with Pine Belt (which i do not recommend unless you want to be swindled, and Freehold Hyundai where they don't after having such horrible experiences with Pine Belt (which i do not recommend unless you want to be swindled, and Freehold Hyundai where they don't care about the customer). We had only just pulled up when Frank A. greeted us right away, which was very different from other dealerships i have experienced. He was highly knowledgeable, and personable as well. We explained to him our other experiences with cosigners and problems with bank loans, etc. he was understanding and was able to accommodate us easily. He took us to two storage facilities to show us the specific car we wanted (2012 Hyundai elantra). They found us exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to "sell us" the car. They understood that the cosigner lived in NY and were able to accomplish most of the credit and other information over the phone. When it came to financing the gentleman was great as well he explained everything and didn't "force" it upon us. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, it was a great environment (friendly, clean,etc.) I highly recommend going in to see Frank A. because as a person and salesman he has been the best i have seen, he does get to know you on the personal level. More

I purchased a new Hyundai Veracruz. I had serious problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had tes problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had test driven it and they had detailed it. The mechanic checked it after it was jump started and said battery was OK. Left made one stioop and car would not start. I got it jumped and returned to dealer. End reselt they gave me a different auto to replace the one I said I would not take. They bent over backwards to please me. Lester Glen went beyond what I thought anyone would do. The Salesman Frank Acquaviva did an oustanding job and he deserves all the credit for resolving my problems. I would recommend Lester Glen to anyone. More

Although there was an honest mistake in the initial quote for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE from the Lester Glenn salesman, the mistake was turned into an outstanding price for the car! It became obvious that the for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE from the Lester Glenn salesman, the mistake was turned into an outstanding price for the car! It became obvious that the dealer WANTED my business without haunting me on the phone or at home! The finance person, Sherif, went over every figure at the conclusion of the sale of the SE like he was speaking to his mother= great job! He also PROVED to me that I got an outstanding deal which makes the customer (a) happy when they leave the showroom and (b) want to refer others to Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River, NJ.
