Had devastating car issue on my 4 year Wrangler. Franco and his team worked amazingly alongside me and their corporate office to find a solution that was cost effective. Franco is horrible. Unresponsive, ambivalent, apathetic. Not gonna rant about the entirety of the experience. Suffices to say, this guy needs to go. He is NOT service advisor material and is doing your business harm. Quite honestly, I doubt he is mature and responsible enough to be employed anywhere. No contact in 3 days. No updates, no response to text. When called out promised to keep me informed and didnt. You suck at this job dude. Please find something else. More

This is the worst service center! !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple,multiple messages the bill changed several times ran !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple,multiple messages the bill changed several times ranging from $1,700 to $5,000 for work that is NOT even needed. NO ONE EVER calls you back even when you try to escalate to service manager, Yvonne. They just send you a text saying they talked with the service person (Franco) who keeps getting things wrong and replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced!!! WORST service center ever dealt with ever. Used to be a good place to go. Not sure what happened. Don't know how they stay in business!! More
