The sale man was very good, but the guy do the paperwork want to sale us extended warranty. KIA has 10year/100.000mile warranty program includes. Yesterday I paid off my car, guess what my wife name not on tittle, now I need pay 💰 to put her name on the title. More

After I said no he really changed his attitude, I said I am buying this car for my wife's Christmas gift (like I did 3 years ago)! Yesterday as I paid off my wife’s car I noticed her name is not on the title! Sitting there for hours I just wanted out of there, that is just part of the screwed up mess we had to make 4 trips at 30 plus miles to get the right car so no I will never go back!! In my 82 years I have bought a lot of cars, worst experience ever😡 More

Upon arrival at the dealership, there were no seats available. It looked more like a call center than an actual dealership. My sales person didn’t communicate well and didn’t understand what I want. He available. It looked more like a call center than an actual dealership. My sales person didn’t communicate well and didn’t understand what I want. He ended up selling me a car I didn’t want. And also tried to sell me a premium car at a non premium price at first. He tried to get me by offering me a price that was a couple thousand more than the price they listed their car for online. Then they didn’t even have the car in their lot and had to drive 75 miles to get it for me the same day. I was so exhausted by the time I left the dealership. Got there for 12:30 and left at 9. Even the general manager tried to pull one too many on me. The car had a paint chip and I was told I can bring it back for free to be fixed. Called the sales rep and he said to come in on a particular day, and he wasn’t even there. Said to go back the next day, as if I don’t have a job. 12/10 don’t recommend this place. More

It was frustrating to not hear back from a Kia staff member about putting on the tire. We had the Kia van there for 5 days because we could not get a hold of anyone. When we picked up the van and it had member about putting on the tire. We had the Kia van there for 5 days because we could not get a hold of anyone. When we picked up the van and it had a bad smell. We hope to have better communication next time because this Kia van is a company car and we need it to provide service for our youth in need. More
