My visit to Biggers was actually the best buying experience I have ever had. They were incredibly helpful in getting me the amount I needed for my car, finding as many rebates as possible and getti experience I have ever had. Although they were a bit of a drive for me (about an hour and a half) I will gladly make that trip and suggest others do for the great service Biggers and Franco provide. More

The Sales Team at Biggers Mazda were all very helpful and understanding during our time with them. They were patient with us, knowledgeable about the new car, worked with us to make us happy with our purcha understanding during our time with them. I've bought two cars from Biggers now. You cant beat the friendliness and help from the staff. Buying a car is pain enough, and they make it easy and fast. Being a first time buyer-I was very nervous about trusting car salesmen--You hear rumors that they'll cheat you and they are dishonest. Biggers Mazda is far from that. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Franco Ruffolo and everyone else at Biggers Mazda in Elgin during our recent car purchasing quest. Franco, the management, and staff were the complete opposite of the selfish, greedy, untrustful, and overall negative stereotype that is associated with some dealerships. They were patient with our timeframe, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs/desires, honest and fair in negotiations, friendly, and valued our time. We are extremely satisfied with the entire car buying experience at Biggers Mazda, look forward to continuing our relationship with them as we enjoy our CX-7, and, without hesitation, recommend Franco Ruffolo and the dealership to anybody looking into purchasing a car. I was very impressed with this dealership. I worked with Franco who was knowledgeable, courteous, cordial and did not push to make a quick/harsh decision. Test drove a couple of models and finally purchased Franco who was knowledgeable, courteous, cordial and did not push to make a quick/harsh decision. Test drove a couple of models and finally purchased 2011 CX9. At the time of delievery, he thoroughly went over all the gadgets and made sure we were comfortable. Follow up phone calls after delevery was a very nice gesture too. The Sales manager and Finanace manager did not push to purchase extended warranty. As a matter of fact, he offered to offer the same price should I change my mind in a month. Overall, an excellent experience. I would strongly recommend calling Franco at Biggers and enjoy the experience of car buying. More

I feel that I was treated very well at Biggers Mazda. They gave me the best price upfront and were honest with all the charges associated with the car. Biggers was upfront, the manager came over and we all discussed the price of the car and trade. It took less than 30 minutes to come up with a fair deal for everyone. More

My husband and I purchased both a used truck and a new Mazda 5 in the same day. If Franco were not such an awesome salesman, it probably would not have worked out. He made the process very painless. We have dealt with Biggers on and off for over 25 years, so we were already familiar with their good reputation. Chuck was super handling the financial aspects of the deal. He got us the best rate and was extremely personable. We also brought the Mazda 5 in for some installation work and the service department was as excellent as all of the other employees we came in contact with. Keep up the good work, customers do notice! More
