I was very impressed with this dealership. I worked with Franco who was knowledgeable, courteous, cordial and did not push to make a quick/harsh decision. Test drove a couple of models and finally purchased 2011 CX9. At the time of delievery, he thoroughly went over all the gadgets and made sure we were comfortable. Follow up phone calls after delevery was a very nice gesture too. The Sales manager and Finanace manager did not push to purchase extended warranty. As a matter of fact, he offered to offer the same price should I change my mind in a month. Overall, an excellent experience. I would strongly recommend calling Franco at Biggers and enjoy the experience of car buying. More
