I have taken my Mazda to dealers in Arizona, California,
and Colorado since I travel often and service intervals correspond. Horne, Hansel and Penkhus. All 3 experiences were similar for courtesy and the c

However, the introduction of the details I would receive from my service at Penkhus fell short in the end. The detailed of my receipt of the work performed was incomplete compared to the other dealers even tho I was told I would receive a video walk thru. Not only did I never get that video, the details on the paper work lacked the information I was looking for that I came to expect from other dealers, tire pressure, tire wear, brake wear, etc. In addition, at the price of the change at these dealers, I expected to have the car washed. Both Horne and Hansel washed my car. Penkhus did not. Finally, I still find it uncomfortable in all cases at the dealer that I am unable to view the servicing of my vehicle. Given my experience with Penkhus I probably will not return there. I have opt-out of emails several times from Penkus as well ... but that does not appear to be respected either. My rating of 3 rather than 5.
