I bought my first Subaru Ken Ganley in Wickliffe five years ago and I will only be buying Subarus in the future! Everyone was very friendly. When in for express service, initially said 1 1/2 hours. Did it in 45 minutes. Debris from check of cabin filter was left on the floor. Fantastic Dealership with staff that care about their customers. I purchased a 2022 Legacy back in 2021 and just traded it in for a brand new Forester. Every person from this dealership are so knowledgea customers. I purchased a 2022 Legacy back in 2021 and just traded it in for a brand new Forester. Every person from this dealership are so knowledgeable and friendly including internet assistant, service, sales, manager, and finance manager. I specifically went back to this dealership because of Allie Grant! She is the most amazing and down to earth person. At this dealership they listen to your wants and needs to help you get the best vehicle possible. I would not purchase or service my Subaru at any other location. More
