This would be a 5 star review if it was based on Sales Rep alone. Bill K. was very pleasant to work with. He was professional, not pushy, able to fix any issues that arose and had the buyer's best interes Rep alone. Bill K. was very pleasant to work with. They never told me I had to replace the rotors, said the brakes were at 8mm and were actually at 6mm. The oil plug was not on tight so I got home to a oil leak in my drive way and there was no apology offered. They chipped my side mirror and said they didn't know anything about it. Still wish I had a 2nd key fob. I bought a warranty that allows you to take the vehicle to any service center, so I will let me guys take care of further issues. All in all happy with my 2019 BMW 540i. More

Vehicle had a mouse nest in the airbox, and on top of the hood liner. I cleaned it myself, and told the sales rep. Sent him pictures. Also had to come back to get a sticker.
