The service department was great from the time I called. It was late and I didn't want to break down. I was near the dealer and called in for service. So I did, the service tech that greeted me said ma'am we are closing soon but will be more than willing to help you, if you can leave the car I can have someone look at it, 1st thing in the morning, do you need a ride home? I love the consistency especially since I didn't have an appointment. That night I received a link and a call the next morning with an update, just as I was told. Great staff, communicates well and it was no tension just ease. More
