Francisco was very helpful for my car search. Although it took him awhile to help us since he was also assisting several other customers, he came to us as soon as possible. I was interested in the ES350. it took him awhile to help us since he was also assisting several other customers, he came to us as soon as possible. I was interested in the ES350. He gave us all the options that he has on the lot and brought them down to us. We test drove the car with great handling. Francisco was very knowledgeable about the car. He even shared about his own experience of owning the car himself. We started talking about the price. He gave us a quick quote for out the door price. We thought it was a bit high. We told him that we'll think about it. He said that the price can be negotitated. He wouldn't even be surprised if it can go another $750 lower. We left the dealership wanting to crunch some numbers to make sure that we can afford the car. We came back an hour later with the intention to buy the car. We negotiated back and forth to get to a lower price. He eventually brought Gilbert Cheng, Sales Manger, out to talk to us. They both worked hard to try to meet my number. Yet in the end, it fell short. The final price they gave us was only $250 lower than the original quote. It didn't go down as far as the $750 that he believed he could get for us. We would have bought the car if they had gone lower than $250. Although we didn't buy the car from them, we had a great experience and I would definitely come back in the future to work with Francisco to get my next car. More
